What to Expect From an Online Flower Essence Resonance Session
Before your session
Once you've booked your Resonance session, you will receive a brief questionnaire by email to complete ahead of your session.
During your session
Each 60-minute Resonance session is held online via Zoom (or by phone, if preferred) and is uniquely tailored to support your emotional concerns, goals, and desired outcomes. During the session, we will discuss what is present for you and what you would like support with. Based on our conversation, I’ll create a custom flower remedy blend specifically suited to your needs and intentions.
After your session
After your session, a 30ml personalized Flower Remedy blend will be shipped directly to you, along with a custom affirmation, usage instructions, and insights on what to expect. You'll also receive a follow-up email with suggested tools, practices, resources, and reflective journal prompts to deepen your experience. Around the two-week mark, a complimentary check-in via email will help track your progress and provide ongoing support.
